My task is to retrieve hdd’s and raid controllers firmware versions for about 500+ servers.
The servers are mainly IBM x series with IBM serveraid and director installed.
Searching the web for any info I found out that the ServeRAID has no cli, so my next guess is to try Director.
I have started reading IBM Director Commands reference (frp0_bk_commands.pdf) but since I am pressed for time I would appreciate any suggestions from more experienced Director users.
All windows 2000/03, Director Agent installed on all of them.
Also, if you think that Director is not a way to achieve the goal, please suggest the alternative…
