Fix for "Error loading C:\Windows\system32\siyojode.dll"?

By landale4 ·
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix these rundll errors? I recently got hit with a spyware infection. I cleaned it up with Super Antispyware and now it seems that the only remnants are these errors at startup:
Rundll - "Error loading C:Windows\system32\siyojode.dll" and the same error again regarding "givapunu.dll"

Checked autoruns and these are not in my startup or in my hklm\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run

Not sure what else would cause them to launch. Any help would be appreciated!

There are seven Run keys in the registry that cause programs to be run automatically:
