Got on computer after son for about 30 min when the computer blinked and a black screen appeared stating windows didnt start successfully. reason may be hardware or software change. If stop responding go to last good configuration or use safe mode. to make changes. After this the windows xp screen pops up as if going to desktop but a blue screen pops up stating a problem has been detected and windows has shut down for to prevent damage. Check driver and disable or vendors for bios update. Message code 0x0000007e(0xc0000005,0x872ae113,0xf7b767b0,0xf7b764ac. I havent made any changes and would like to know what these codes mean and how can I clear them. It will not go past the blue screen so therefore I cant get to my desktop , no access to internet. I tried safe mode and F8, F2,F12 and nothing is working… Please Help! What can I do???
