I recently aquired an athalon motherboard with an 850 MHZ Athalon T-Bird (Socket A) and 512 MB of high density ram. When I installed it I used a Blank 17 GB Maxtor Hard Drive. Now when doing certain tasks it will just reboot the PC. One of which is to install EZ CD Creator 5 Platinum. I have reloaded Win 2k several times, and each time come up with different symptoms. It also will freeze entirely at odd intervals. Any Clues?? The MB is and ECS K7VZA, and I have tried using another ram stick of a different brand.
