HP psc 2410 photosmart. problem developed after a short outage. Had this problem before after a power outage, but found a fix for it then.
Un-plugged it for 60 seconds – re-plugged sounded like it was booting up with the normal sounds then it started a banging type sound once every second then stops after about a minute then the “ON” light just flashes,the screen is lit with th hp invent sig.
