flickr failing over isa proxy connection

It appears as if flikr uses the regular http port, which is open and i have allowed specifically the flicker web sites. But for some reason flickr still cannot be uploaded to neither with the web uploader nor the flicker uploader tool

Does anyone have any ideas?
