i need to package a dll or exe that can be sent over to someon e and when he installs it, that should automatically create a floating toolbar in INTERNET EXPLORER(with say 3 buttons on it, each on click event connects to a certain website)..then whenever he opens internet explorer that floating toolbar should also LAUNCH and automatically position itself in , say, the bottom right hand corner of the IE window
any tips / suggestions would be much appreciated
