Folder Attributes in Outlook

By AugustUser ·
Is there any way to set up a folder in Outlook 2003 with similar options as the Deleted Items or the Junk folder.
I would like to create a folder that I would use for certain mail items. Then to delete those items I want to right click and choose "Empty" instead of opening the folder then deleting items.

Sure you can create a folder and then create a rule to send mail to that folder based upon whatever settings you specify, like you would in the junk mail filter rule.

I get that part, but I would also like to empty the folder all at once by right clicking. On the Deleted items folder there is an option to Empty Deleted Itesm folder.

Not what he is asking

That is not what he is asking about. He wants to be able to right click a "optional" folder and then click empty "optional" folder
