Folder Attributes in Outlook

Is there any way to set up a folder in Outlook 2003 with similar options as the Deleted Items or the Junk folder.
I would like to create a folder that I would use for certain mail items. Then to delete those items I want to right click and choose “Empty” instead of opening the folder then deleting items.
