Folder Permissions on accounts server?

by nelsondavid . Updated 20 years, 4 months ago

I have a script that creates a fiolder on a local server when people log on. This f\server is NOT on the active directory and is geographically seperated from them. Our customer’s log in and authenticate through the AD and we have no control over the login scripst. SInce we are geographically seperated, we still want to have out customert’s data available incase of an outage, se we have it stored on a server that is local to them. Problem is, the foldsers aren’t locked down to the individuals and everyone can see each others data. We are just setting this up and it’s not a problem now because we haven’t inplimented it yet. We don’t want to go through all of the member folders and create permissions. Can this be done through a script or during the process of the folder creation? Please help. Dave
