Folder quota

I have a Data Volume in Windows 2000 Server which used for user to save their own data. There are multi folders in a single volume and I want to assign user quota on certain folders. I know Quota is basically assign on Volume but can I do the same thing on folder too(limiting user quota on particular folder)?
