Folder Redirection

is there anyway to have the local my documents folder not show in c:\documents and settings\username once I've redirected my documents to a network server via group policy,

I've been getting complaints about users having 2 my documents folders, one redirected and one local

Hi thanks for responding, but I figured it out.

you need to have the setting 'move contents of my documents to the new location' checked in order to remove the local my documents folder.

unfortunately this brings me back to the problem regarding timestamps
when the above setting is enabled all the files timestamps,date modified;created;accessed change to the date of the move, which as far as I've been able to find out is something I have no control over, and so have to manually copy files over
