Folder redirection

By Blue screen ·
One user John leaves the company and another user Doe logs in to the same computer and must have access to John's My documents.
Clinet computer is WIndows XP and the Domain is running Folder redirection.
What is the best way to have Doe access John's My documents?

Edit Doe's account details (on the profile tab) to point his home folder to John's home folder. Next find Johns home folder and grant Doe Full access to it. Make sure that DOE is in the same OU as John. Then log on as DOE (on a machine that the folder redirection GP affects) and make sure that he can access the folder through MY Documents.

simple solution

i run a network at my church and i ran into this problem also. i have one machine shared by 3 elders, i have all 3 of their "my documents" folders redirected to a network shared folder named elders on the server. i then put a shortcut to that folder on each of their desktops and gave them permission to access eachothers "my documents" folder inside that shared folder. any questions?
