I am migrating users to Vista. I’ve set up folder redirection user a GPO. This works fine for about 98% per cent of user but occassionally there are these ord user’s who’s profile wouldn’t load. Event viewer shows the following errors:
Failed to apply policy and redirect folder ”roamingAppData” to ”\\serviername\redir$\username\application Data”.
Redirection Option = 9021
The following error occurred: ‘failed to get folder redirection capabilities”
Error details: ‘the system cannot find thefile specified”
This is affecting all folders are are redirected.
I am also getting errors in eventvwr
The system failed to register host (A or AAAA) resource records (RRs) for network adapter.
