Folder Redirection – My Documents – 2003

I’ve created the group policy that redirects the users My Documents folder to live on the server. This seems to be working fine. However, when a user wishes to move a document from their desktop to the redirected My Documents folder, it just copies that file to the folder and still leaves a copy on the desktop. I was wondering if there was a setting that I could change to allow the file to be dragged and dropped to the folder instead of just copying it.
