I have several XP Pro and Home editions on my network. THey all started experiencing the same printer issue. THe 98 systems seem to not have any issues. They are on a network. We looked at the drivers on the printer and they were fine. We reinstalled the drivers on all systems and it did not resolve the issue.
The problem is when they print in any application, the fonts are either large or overlapping the text. It happens in MS Office suite (XP) and email (2003).
Does any one have any idea? PLEASE HELP!!
