Force Registry update

Windows 98, Windows XP, Netware 5.1

I’ve created a .REG file that will change the registry settings. The path to the file is placed in login script, but users will see the prompt to update the registry and may click No, to cancel the update. Is there a way to silently force the execution of the .REG file?
