I was hoping that someone might be help me or point me in the right direction.
All of the (HP LaserJet 4xxx series) printers are to be set to print duplex as a standard. However there could be some cases where someone needs to print single sided (ie on letterhead paper).
Does anyone know of a script/macro that will allow users to force a single sided print job through MS Word?
I found this: “You cannot access the individual settings in the Properties dialog box for a printer through the use of VBA. The reason is that the settings are maintained by the printer driver, not by Word-and Word doesn’t make the printer driver objects available in VBA. In other words these printer functions such as duplex are not a “word” issue.”
But thought that I’d asked the question here.
