Forcing server 2003 to use more of available 4G RAM

I note with considerable annoyance that, while I have 4G of RAM, i am almost never using even close to that much… though I AM using a lot of pagefile space, approaching half a gig.

There is generally a single user on the server (long story as to why it’s even a server build…)

Short of disabling the page file or setting it to the minimum 50M size, is there any way that I can force server 2003 to cache a larger amount of my data and programs in RAM, rather than using the page file?

I would like to have it there for emergency use, but 2003 seems to overuse it.
