As far as I know, recovering the admin password is not possible. Search the internet, you might find a hack tool that can discover the password, but if it's a good password (with symbols, letters and numbers), then even that will not help

Maybe Lophtcrack can help, but I doubt whether you can run and install this tool under the Guest account. You can find it under:

Recover admin password is almost impossible, but removing the password and having it reset to blank is probable. We have that here all the time at my work.

You can login to an 2000/XP machine with an account that has administrative privledges and reset and the administrator account password. I have been able to do this several times.
