    Forgotten application Admin password

    I’m working on an axle weighing system for a client and they have their own custom app which has been deployed at all their sites.
    The app is responsible for the technical parameter settings of these axle weighing systems (pads) as well but the company has no record of the admin password. User access does not allow for changing technical parameters.
    The weighing system setup is that: The 2 pads are connected to a junction, from there it is then connected to a serial isolated converter(RS232) with USB support, which transmits the weighing data to the pc interface via USB.
    I am stuck. Without the admin password to the software there is no access to the calibration menu.
    What do I do now, any suggestions

      Probably need to contact the software author/vendor.
      TR members do not assist in password recovery or removal.

      If you have a legitimate need to circumvent a password scheme, please contact the vendor for the software / hardware and request their assistance. E.g. Windows XP password recovery/removal issues should be taken up with Microsoft’s technical support, Phoenix BIOS password recovery/removal issues should be taken up with Phoenix Technologies, hard drive password recovery/removal should be taken up with the manufacturer of the hard drive, etc…
