My computer has virus problems. I want to format and reinstall win xp. Can i feel safe that by booting from win xp cd and letting it do it’s thing (format, install, etc.) that my hard drive will be free from parasites. Or, are there other steps to take (debug etc.) to ensure a clean disk. Thanks.
