formating a hard drive

i am trying to format my hard drive after changing the format from fat32 to ntfs, i have put two os sysmets on by mistake could u please help me

Search the Tech Rebuplic articles, and look at this article.

Create a bootable NTFS disk

I believe it is in the Windows 2000 section.

Once you have a ntsf boot disk, you should be able to format the drive.

You could also install the drive in another computer that has an ntsf compatable file system.

If you are looking to go back to fat 32, boot with a win9x boot disk, and run fdisk, delete all partitions and drives, create new partitions and drives as desired.

Initiate Windows NT Setup from floppy disks or a CD-ROM.
When you are prompted to do so,press P to remove the partition
The suggested waay to remove NT from a NTFS partition
Start the computer from the NT installation disks.

You could also just use FDisk to delete the partition and then recreate it. You can boot with a Win 98 boot disk. Run FDisk, delete then recreate the partition, then format it as desired.
