Are there any consequences if a disk is constantly formatted/reformatted and the OS (primarily XP & Vista) is constantly being reinstalled? I do this on my PC’s main drives (set up as raid 0) for the purpose of testing, software evals, etc.
Do these processes ‘compromise’ the disks’ structures?
