Is it possible to have conditional formatting in Outlook when using the month view? My company wants to create a corporate calendar showing all employees? absence, whether it is for training, sickness, holiday, etc. Due to the different types of absence, we would like Outlook to colour code the absences, i.e. yellow for holiday, red for sick, etc.
