Forms location in Exchange

Does anyone know where custom forms are stored in Exchange?

  On an Exchange Server,custom forms are published to the Organization Forms library, so that everyone has access to them. They can also be published directly to other folders.

  I am looking for a file name. I noticed that the form names are called *.01 and cannot be found through a simple search. If I want to go to and tape back up of exchange I’ll need a file name of the organizational forms library so I can just restore it back to where it belongs.
  
  I didn’t see anything on that. Maybe I missed something.
