One of our users has a hand held computer with service through Omnisky. The problem is that her Omnisky mailbox has a limit on it. (not sure of the size) Her Outlook is setup to forward all mail to the Omnisky account. What happens is that when her Omnisky account is full it sends back an email saying it is full, then our Exchange server forwards that to Omnisky, then Omnisky sends back an email saying it is full then our Exchange server forwards that. This keeps going until our Exchange server logs fill up the disk and shuts down.
She normally keeps Omnisky mailbox clean but if she receives a couple good size attachments this fills her up.
I know that in the rule in Outlook we could modify it not to forward email’s with attachments. She does not really need to see the attachments on her Omnisky but would like the text from the email to show up.
I am looking for something that will strip the attachment but still send the text of the message.
Any ideas.
