Create a second rule that deletes it from the Sent items folder is how we do it.

Answer one is correct about setting up the second rule. Also if your running a exchange server you can do it from there.

I have tried creating a second rule but I cant get it to stick to the sent box. I can apply it to the sent box but for some reason it wont attach itself to the sent box. Is there any other way to forward all sent mail. I am under the suspicion that someone is using my computer after hours to send email with my email address on it and if I could forward all sent mail it would be helpful in procuring a login system with my company. ANY IDEAS?????
