Not much of an issue on modern computers, especially with SSD. Computer storage is dirt cheap today, unlike it was in the past.

Fragmentations just happens (when you store a file), Defragmentation might accessing a fragmented file on a HDD faster, although you might hardly notice the difference. It’s not necessary (and Windows won’t let you do it) on an SSD.
