Free audio pgm to extract tracks?

By burtonizer ·
I am looking for an audio program that is downloadable for free or something that is realitivily inexpensive for extracting the drum track from cd's, wav or mp3 files. I would like to take the drum track out of existing songs so that i can play along on my electronic set.....any ideas??? I feel like I have tried everything, or i am doing it wrong! :) Please help!

Free audio pgm to extract tracks?

If you just want to "play along2 and fill in the drum section, you can always use Windows Media Player or Winamp - just select the graphic equaliser and "remove" the bass percussion section.

If you want to rip the song, you'll need an editor, butthere aren't many free! Try SoundPro 2 or Audio edit 2 (both shareware) or just browse through;-
