Free VPN for Windows XP

The link for “How to Create a VPN with Windows XP (8/24/01)” on page links to an article titled “Choose a Cisco router that best fits your needs”.

Is there such an article? I’m trying to access a Buffalo TeraStation (NAS) from outside my home LAN and I need a freebie VPN solution to do so.

Actually, I’d really like to access the storage without having my Windows XP (Media Center Edition) up but if this is the only way to access my data remotely (when I’m on vacation in Puerto Vallarta) it’s OK.
