I have a dell xps 630i with Vista Home Premium installed. The other day I tried booting my computer up and it would do nothing but load an error message saying repair or boot normally. Either option just loads a blank screen that stays on the page until I turn off my computer.
Safe mode ( in any form ) does the same.
I downloaded the recovery disk, burned the cd with img burn, booted from it, and all that is happening now is my commputer is at a blue screen.
I read some where that this screen might take a little bit before the a window pops up saying Repair or “What you should know before installing vista” Something like that, but it has been hours since I got to this screen and nothing has happened.
The screen I am talking about is FIGURE E at this website.
