Need more info. Are you using SCSI? SCSI drivers are notorious for causing BSODs. NT Server or Workstation?? Would love to help but we need more details!!

Try Technet enter 0x00000050 NEAR Stop (near means within 8 words)
If you do not have a copy, go to www.microsoft.com.
I tried on your behalf and got about 50 suggestions. If you go yourself you will narrow down the list.
Also, what is happeningwhen the result occurs? Finally is there a program mentioned on top of the stack dump e.g. afds.sys? Which ever program is on top of the stack is the most likely culprit.

Good luck

Try to install again your windows nt but first try to made a low level format, download the diskwizard from seagate, and then install again your nt, reinstall the service pack 4, and see what happen, if it works will don't try to intall service upgrades

BSOD usually is a hardware, or hardware driver problem. Check Microsoft for some of the codes you are getting.

One thing I have done successfully, is to pull every card out of every slot on the mother board: memory, processor, video card, sound, etc. and reinsert firmly.

Good luck. Dan
