Put together a playlist of your top 10 favorite tunes. You know, those must haves that are always on your mp3 device. It’s ok if some of your songs are the same as some of the other poster?s songs.
Posting begins this evening, 7ish pm ET, and ends Sunday night, midnight ET.
7pm ET = 4pm PT = 6pm CT
Anything posted after Sunday, April 12, 2009, midnight ET will not be eligible for competition, but will likely be listened to.
Genres are:
Rock and Roll: broad enough to include Oldies, Motown, Heavy Metal and Alternative Rock, Soft and Pop Rock.
Country: broad enough to include Folk and Bluegrass.
Artsy Fartsy: Hopefully broad enough to include what’s left.
IDK: I don’t know what genre it is but I like it, or a mix of the above.
Contestants may post a single playlist entry to any three of the above genres. A maximum of three playlists, one per genre, may be posted.
Each genre is a sub-thread of this post. Post your playlist to the correct sub-thread. Incorrect posts will be disqualified.
Post title should be “your username” — Playlist – Genre(boxfiddler — playlist — Artsy Fartsy).
Link to a playlist put together at imeem, youtube, etc…
If you’re not a member of an online audio/video service, all ten song links in one post will do.
If you haven’t yet come out to play for Friday Nite Music, make this weekend your weekend to play.
A poll will magically appear sometime next week.
