Friends Please Help me

I am using windows 2000 professional in my office.I have created many documents on my Local computer, my windows 2000 professoinal machine was connected to domain and my user name was authenticated from domain. Main problem is this that I apply ecryption attributes on my folere which contains my documents file.After reinstalling my Windows 2000 Professional I was not able to open all my these files. I tried to unset Encryption attributes even with Enterprise Admin account but in vain, Please friends tell me that how is this possible that I’ll able to remove ecryption attributes from my foler.
