I was wondering if I can get any input on negotiating for contract to Hire, or what to expect. My current company wants to Hire-very soon, and I’m not sure how much less to expect in terms of salary or what the best methods of salary negotiation are.
I know I think I am worth every bit I am paid now, and I would like to keep my salary as is, but I know with benefits, etc. they offer I may need to consider lowering my Salary.
What is the average difference in salary between Contract and Full Time employees?
Any input would be much appreciated.
