From Corporate IT to Healthcare IT

I am interested in hearing about the experience of anyone who worked in a corporate environment (i.e. financial, merchandising, etc…) as an IT Manager and changed to the healthcare industry (i.e. hospital, clinic) as an IT Manager. What were the major differences? What was similar?
