I have a web server running win2k server Sp2. I recently had a request from one of my clients to create a discussion board for him on the server to give him website a “community feel”. Anyway here is the problem. I created the board using Frontpage’s wizard. Was very easy to create and all went well the board posts and replies fine. The problem is that when you try to search it comes up with service not running as in the frame. I’ve checked the event viewer for errors and have none. I also checked the services one by one and found nothing out of the norm. Microsoft’s knowledge base has been no help. Maybe Im asking the question wrong I dont know. Im at my wits end here. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. P.S. SP2 has all the updated Extensions included.
