Frozen Mouse – Rebooting

Am I the only Tech guy that seems to get a brain freeze when I work on my own computer?

Anyways, I just moved and when I booted my computer (win98se) my mouse appears to be frozen. Device Manager doesn’t indicate any problem with my mouse and if I click , I regain control over my mouse. I took great care in moving my computer, so I hope it is just a coinsidence and its not a hardware issue. I have also updated my drivers, but that didn’t work. Autoexec and Config.sys look fine.

What am I missing (besides my mouse)???
