File Replication Service: How do I start the File Replication Service. At the command prompt: C:\net help msg 3521. The *** service is not sttarted C:\net start ntfrs: The system cannot find the file specified.

I am trying to go from a member server to a domain controller by installing AD. It starts installing AD and then prompts that it cannot locate the file specified. I am running a dymamic IP rather than static. Will I be able to run a domain controller in Win 2000 server. Please help. If anyone could walk me through this I will give all my tech points for this. If you have a solution I would appreciate it.
