FTP ACCESS THROUGH MS PROXY

Hi Good People,

I am setting up a proxy through which I would like to do FTP uploads and downloads. How do I give FTP access to two (2) PCs sitting behind the proxy without compromising security.

I need a step-by-step guide urgently. Pls assist!
