ftp logon from WIN simular to .netrc

problem: autoconnect from win ftp client to a unix host with user authentication and automated file transfer similar to the .netrc file under unix

– what is the syntax of the file I can use with the ftp switch -s:{filename} (WIN2000) or -f (DOS/WIN9x)?
