FTP server on a W2K machine

What is the procedure for setting up an FTP server w/ anonymous login on a W2K machine?
I have
>broadband fast internet link w/ a static IP
>SMC barricade WAN router/hub
>W2K OS installed but not running W2K Server
>have internet explorer web browser
