I’m trying to use WS-FTP Pro on a Win 98 client behind a Msoft Proxy 2.0 server, which is also functioning as a firewall. I keep getting a connection refused. I have set
WS FTP in normal and passive mode with no luck. I also cannot FTP from a DOS prompt. In IIS 3.0 under Internet Service Manager, looks like FTP can be configured from within the WinSock Proxy service. Should FTP be a proxy service by itself? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
