i am using
amd X2 4800, 2.5ghz, 65w
gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H
transcend 2*1GB 800Mhz 5-5-5-18
450w smps
western digtal 160gb sata2
xp service pack2
i am using onboard graphics ie ATI3200 with 8.4 catalyst. which is directx 10 support
while running games with d3d like most wanted, pop sands of time. it shows error.
i tried to update the directx package still it shows directx 9.0b rather than directx9.0c
when checked in dxdiag the d3d test failed for directx9
using everst ultimate bechmark i came to realize ATI3200 has unified shader when compared to seperate pixel and vertex shaders for dx9 cards.
does that mean most of dx9 games cannot be played with onboard ATI3200.
please help?
