Can you be a little more specific on gaining owenership on the folder, I have a drive mounted as an external drive and trying to recover the data for a friend from his documents directory. However because he had it passworded in the old machine I cannot gain access to it. I tried to create a user on the new machine with him as a user and his password still unable to gain access.
