I used to be able to play games seemlessly, like sims 2, age of mythology, things of the sort. Now it pauses like mad when I try to play these same games. Can a video card deteriorate or is something else effecting my ram?? I read somewhere that XP utilizes virtual memory rather than physical ram, so I have no real faith in buying ram cards, and if I don’t have to buy an upgrade for my GeForce I don’t want to, but really want to play these games again. Any experts know why they used to play fine but now are all choppy, or maybe a way to supe up the video speed?
