Okay, Laptop computer, needs repair, the problem was explained as it “froze” while in windows, was on; brought in, no video, constant reboot in time likely to not be able to load windows, can’t use fn keys, or put in different monitor, can’t use keys at all (proven by the lock keys not funtioning {not utilizing the lights}), we’ve had several things say to check questions of the processor and mobo, so if anyone could help, it would be much apprieciated.
