I have a gateway ma3 model notebook that came in today. Fixed the powering problem and still having issue with booting. I’ve looked for a service manual but gateway has none for the MA3 series that I could locate. Once the vista load screen comes up it will freeze. It does this on the start up repair and 2 different versions of windows making installation impossible at this point. It seems to only work once after it has completely cooled then after being for less then 5 minutes and asking to reboot after a repair is successful, we come back to the same issue upon reboot. Is there anyway to get past this or shall this be a file 13 situation?
