i have gateway pc amd 64 withFoxconn C51GU01 Motherboard
i turned on and no display my monitor light is yellow and pc fan is working and harddrive is spining … i tried changing pciE card but same issue… i want to find out where is the issue motherboard or cpu…..

i checked vid card
i checked momory
when it turn on no display no beeb fan is working and hard drive does spin too
