I purchased a used Gateway Computer and will like to re-install the operating system, however when I boot from the CD and get attempt to install the OS, It tells me that he hard drive cannot be found. I encountered this problem on a Dell Computer a while back but the solution that was provided to me by Dell does not seems to be working with the Gateway.
Any suggestions ?
